Hotel Okura Macau, Macau

The hotel provided us with amazing, spacious, and well-decorated rooms that had everything we needed and more. However, there was a slight issue with the smell of smoke in the area. The location was convenient with easy access to shops and restaurants, offering a relaxing stay for my parents. The dining options were good, but with some limitations compared to other 5-star hotels. The facilities were top-notch, providing a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I was fortunate to receive an upgrade, which I really appreciated. The rooms were a bit small but sufficient, especially the washroom which could fit a bed. They were big enough for a couple and cozy for a one-person stay. The service was amazing, with staff who bent over backwards to attend to our family needs. The location was excellent, with free access to the water park and close to the lively Galaxy area. The dining experience was average, not ideal for a hotel of this quality. Overall, a great stay with some minor room size issues.

The hotel's rooms boast a fantastic aqua deck, are huge, with amazing bathrooms and all expected amenities; however, rooms on lower floors are nicer. The service is top-notch with polite, kind, and helpful staff who even asked if I needed water. The location is ideal in the Galaxy area, near various attractions, but a bit far from the lobby. Overall, a great value for the money with delightful surprises for children and parents alike.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were excellent, offering a beautiful view of the lagoon and airport runway, although I felt they were a bit overpriced. Overall, the room worked out really well for us, giving us more than just a place to sleep.

The service was generally nice and helpful but lacked some common sense in serving customers. The location is attractive, being on top of a large shopping complex, although some facilities were closed during our stay. The dining experience had a good selection of dishes but fell a bit short of expectations.
